Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair, and their original condition with tags still attached.

Returns will not be accepted for any items with obvious signs of wear, alternations, or missing tags.

Please Note: You may initiate a return for up to 3 days after you receive your merchandise for a refund in the form of your original payment. Sirena Maia will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate any unauthorized returns or non-Sirena Maia gowns that you may have accidentally sent to us.

It will take some time for us to receive your returned package and 3 -7 days for us to process it to our system. Once completed, any applicable refunds will be processed, and we’ll send an email to notify you. A refund will only be applied to the original credit card for the purchase, and it may take additional time for your financial institution to put the funds back to your account.

Since a refund can only be sent to the original payment method, if a customer can no longer access that payment method, please contact the bank or agency for the original method to claim the funds after the refund is applied.

Reserved Rights for Returns

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.

If you choose to return your order with your own return label, you are responsible for ensuring your order is safely within our Return Policy window. Sirena Maia is not responsible for any lost returns. There may be a charge for the return shipping label.
